We initiate contact with parties right after receipt of the ratified contract, and pre-closing information sheets and disclosures are promptly sent out.

Payoffs, lien sheets and HOA info. are ordered well in advance of closing and settlement statements are emailed in advance to allow parties ample time to review the figures. After settlement is completed, checks and wires are sent without delay.

And close communication with the parties is maintained throughout the entire process.
